This layout was so fun to do because my son totally cracks me up! I took 3 of his most memorable recent quotes, and added a picture I took this morning, found the perfect sketch at Sketch Me If You Can, and voila. Here’s the sketch I used, by Chris Greiser of Sketch Me If You Can

And here’s my layout. You’ll notice that I switched the journaling and the picture since I had one big picture and 3 quotes. Since none of the quotes fit perfectly into the tall box, I split it up and added some extra journaling there along with the date. To make the quotes fit perfectly, I measured the boxes in the original sketch on my computer screen with a ruler, then created the same size text boxes in MS Word.
