Carrie, I love the way you use
your accents. They work so well to add balance to your layouts. You do a
wonderful job orienting your titles so that they're readable but not boring.

I love Carrie's use of color. She
knows knows how to combine just the right colors from the darkest reds to
the softest pinks. I love her use of embellishments too. They never seem to

Here is a bit about Carrie:
Hi! My name is Carrie Lynch. I am a 26 year old
single, and I have no kids other my cute little puppy. I graduated from the
University of Texas four years ago with an engineering degree. I currently
work as an engineer for a major corporation just outside of Houston, Texas.
I first discovered scrapbooking a couple years ago. I found it to be a great
creative outlet for me and a nice diversion from my everyday engineering
work. Even though my engineering tendencies are probably reflected in the
way I put my pages together, I love having a hobby that allows me to be
creative!
As time moved on, I went through a rough period in my life and found another
great benefit to scrapbooking. I found that this hobby helped me to focus on
the good in life. Scrapbooking constantly causes me to think about and be
grateful for the many blessings in my life -- my family, friends, faith, and
more.
For those two reasons, I have become completed obsessed with scrapping! When
I am not scrapping, I also enjoy working out, running, spending time with my
boyfriend, hanging out with my girlfriends, and chatting with my online
scrapping friends.
Thank you so much to Joanne for providing this wonderful community! Thank
you also to the City Planner for selecting me for this honor. I am really
surprised and flattered -- this is too cool!
