5. Use the outer face
rim to trace a circle of paper that you will cut out and glue
over the face of
the clock. Also mark the center of the circle with a
small dot.

6. Using the small dot as a guide, cut out
a circle where the clock hands will poke through.
You will be able to see this circle on the front of the finished product
so make it neat.
I traced a small circle using a Coluzzle template.

7. Glue the paper onto the clock face
using a non-liquid adhesive.
At this point, you may choose to
lightly mark where the numbers will go with a pencil.

8. Decorate the clock to your liking.
However, don't use anything bulkier than chipboard --
the hands will need to pass over anything that you put down. Let the

9. Once your clock is decorated,
carefully put the hands back on.
The hour hand goes on first, then the minute hand, and the second
hand last.
