I hope it's okay for someone other than Leah to start a topic on this forum, even though she is very good at it!
So.... time to scrap is one of the issues I struggle with.
How do you manage your other time commitments to have some scrapping time?
Do you have regular times throughout the day or week that you dedicate to scrap-related activities?
Do you keep a layout in progress on your table and work on it when you have a spare 10 or 15 minute window?
Thanks for your input! _________________ -Micha,

Yes, it's SUPER to start new threads! I just wanted to get the new forum rolling. This is great, Micha.
Sometimes I don't do as good a job of managing my time as I'd like. But when a window of time presents itself (usually when baby is asleep), I have choices to make: scrap? read? shower? eat? It really just depends what wins out.
The baby is on a somewhat predictable routine, but it's not so set that I can schedule regular scrapping time. Anyhow, it seems I end up scrapping 2-3 pages/projects per month these days. That's usually scattered over several and multiple days.
Of course, I prefer to scrap interrupted (who doesn't, right?) but that hasn't happened since before he was born. You can bet I'll take 10 minutes if 10 minutes is what I can get, heh heh. I think that's good enough right now. Although I wish I was FASTER at scrapping... _________________ Leah

I spend most every evening in my scrap room ~ I don't get anything done during the day. In the winter months I tend to have a little more time on my hands (no gardening work) so I get more done then. _________________ Lori Neal

Most of my work is done on weekends when my DH is either off roping or watching a sci fi movie with DS as he waits for the heat to break outside. Then he gets us and not-so-subtly suggests that I (we) get to work on something in the garden!
I used to scrap in the evenings, but frankly, I just don't have the stamina to be creative after DS goes to bed. _________________ Joy
